Shipping policy

Shipping is via USPS First Class for up to 13oz

All orders over $100 will be shipped with insurance included.

Shipping upgrades are available.

Once an order had been placed, a shipping address can not be changed. 

Shipping updates are sent to buyers when items have been produced, packaged and are ready for postal disbursement. This automatic update does not reflect exact shipping or transit dates and times. 

We take packages to the post office for shipping Thursdays every week. Tracking numbers will update once they have been sorted by our local post office.

If for some reason an item is returned to us by the post office we will either reship the items, or refund the items. If the items are refunded the buyer is still responsible for the initial shipping charges and this will not be refunded to you. If it is requested to resend your package you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

If the wrong address is entered by the buyer when checking out please contact our shop immediately so that the transaction can be canceled. 

If the buyer fails to notify our shop of the wrong shipping address and the package is sent out our shop assumes no responsibility for the recovery of your purchased items and no refund will be issued at any time.
